VILLA CANESTRARI AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA 2015 - 750ML

Amarone wines are a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta.  They are left to dry for 90-120 days. This process known as appassimento or rasinate provides increased concentration of the fruit and sugar. This Amarone is elegant, loaded with dried fruit, plum, and raisin with a long finish of nutmeg, cinamon, and mace.
