Valdespino has been making all the varieties of Sherry wine since the 1400s. The PX is their delicious take on the dessert category, Pedro Ximenez. Pair with vanilla ice-cream (pour it right on top) and chocolate-based desserts. But watch that bottle!
An intense color of mahogany with deep aromas of dried fruits (figs and raisins) and subtle notes of chocolate and coffee. The palate is very smooth and velvety with prune notes and a very long finish.
