"Our very own Co-Founder Dayne moved onto a property with an acre of established wine grape vines and promptly took over the care and harvesting of those grapes that traditionally went to a local winery. We held back some Vidal Blanc grapes, processed the must and added to the fermentation of an experimental IPA. That IPA was then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra Hops. The result is a delicacy full of flavors of white wine, pineapple, citrus fruit, and notes of pear."
