Tito's Handmade Vodka is certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. Some folks add a bit of mash back into the spirit after distillation, which could add gluten, but not us. They use old-fashioned pot stills and taste-test every batch. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but it’s well worth it.
