Winemaker's Tasting Notes
These Roditis grapes underwent a long fermentation with wild yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally.  

The particularly clear visual aspect of this wine contrasts with its bouquet and palate: on the nose, there are rich notes of lemon citrus and stone fruit, with iodised touches. The palate is equally flavorsome, and an attractive acidity lends overall freshness and length.
