 Here’s a perfect example of how the white wines from certain “lesser” Burgundian appellations shine in the 2019 vintage. Medium-bodied and quite tightly wound, this is intensely chalky with excellent freshness, accentuated at the finish by just a touch of bitterness. Drink or hold.  (7/2021)
