Single vineyard Sancerre grown on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone soils from 45 year old vines, it’s the estate’s flagship cuvee insofar as it represents the Millet style in perfection. The wine is full-bodied, round, yet crisp and refreshing, intense flinty and complex.
