MEINKLANG GRUNER VELTLINER 2021

This thin straw colored dry wine has a medium body and a medium to long finish ending on pineapple. In the nose I get white flowers, citrus, crisp apple, and minerals. I taste apple, pear, chalk, minerals, peaches, honey, and pineapple. This wine really opened up after 20 to 30 minutes. This paired with pork roast, roasted rosemary potatoes, and roasted carrots.
