"Our rum is distilled from 100% demerara sugar and aged in new charred American oak. After careful aging in our Vermont rickhouse, we pair the rum with a used wine barrel to complement its clean, whiskey-like flavor. We avoid adding flavorings or sweeteners to our rum. The finished Double Barrel Rum marries the brightness of our aged rum with the complex fruit flavors of the wine."
