La Capranera, translates to “black goat” in Italian, is named for the breed of goats – cilentana nera – that graze in the Cilento National Park near the vineyards.Falanghina is thought to be an ancient transplant from Greece. The grapes are crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ages for six months in tank before bottling.
A perfect combination of cedar with tropical notes and slight accents of banana.
