Established over 50 years ago, the 4th generation of the Denis family now runs this operation. Julien is the winemaker, Stephane in charge of the viticulture and Vincent oversees the administration and sales. Over the last few decades the property has grown from 5 to 80 hectares that stretch across the appellation including some very select parcels in the Coteaux du Layon (home of one of the region's great dessert wines). Cabernet d'Anjou is the traditional rosé of the region from Cabernet Franc. Brightly colored and a touch off-dry make for an appealing and friendly style that pairs beautifully with smoked salmon with sweet onions and capers!
