91-93 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous: "The 2021 Chablis Vaillon 1er Cru Cuvée Guy Moreau comprises of just five used barrels this year. It has a fine bouquet, a little more mineral-driven than the regular cuvée with touches of wet pavement and citrus lemon. With good balance and acidity, the palate is fresh, taut and a little more compact towards the finish but with slightly more salinity to get the tastebuds going. Very fine.
