Cuvée Éphémère 025 is the result of the collaboration between Fréderic Savart and Drémont Père & Fils. It is a micro-production of 9,986 bottles. Ephemeral 025 is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, coming exclusively from Grand Cru plots. The grapes come from the 2018 vintage, then the wine was bottled in July 2019."
