Estate grown and medium dry (as the back label indicates), this is a complex weave of lemon juice, curd, dried apricot and orange peel. It tilts toward tartness, though rounded out just a bit with a dollop of residual sugar. With good balance and plenty of acid, it can age indefinitely, but should be in a prime drinking window for the next six to year years.
