On March 22nd, we had another great tasting of Sacha Lichine’s Château D’Esclans wines, with their great representative and our good friend, Patty Allen. Sheryl’s house-cured Gravlax was an exemplary pairing with the Rosés, and we also had cheese from Milk & Honey with Sacha Rouge and Château Trois Moulins Bordeaux. All were great, but the unexpected big hit was the Sacha Blanc – a fantastic white wine, value priced at just $9.99!

And, on March 29th, we held an Easter tasting, where we paired ham and lamb – prepared by Sheryl, of course! – with an incredible selection of wines. No matter personal preference, we had something for every palate, and poured over twenty wines. If you still haven’t picked up wine for your Easter dinner, stay tuned for some recommendations – we’ll be posting a list of our favorites tomorrow.
Our next tasting is perhaps one of our most anticipated: Greek Easter! Held on Greek Easter, April 12th, we will be serving Sheryl’s moussaka with some of our best wines. This is not one you want to miss! Details to follow.
